The Comfort Cap is a handcrafted wig base designed for maximum lightness and comfort. It features a monofilament top for a natural look and a soft stretch cotton mesh at the back to ensure breathability. A polyurethane strip at the front allows for optional use of double-sided tape for a more secure fit.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day. All shipments are delivered via DHL Express within 1 to 3 business days.

Important Shipping Restriction:

We currently do not ship directly to countries where we have official exclusive distributors: United Kingdom, Spain, and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, we gladly offer an exchange or a refund alongside your statutory rights, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
  • Important: The frontal lace (lace front) must NOT be cut or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the lace has been cut or modified.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once returned items pass inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect under your statutory rights.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, you may exchange your item for another product in our collection.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service to obtain the correct return shipping address and instructions.

Due to international customs regulations and medical certification requirements for human hair wigs, returns are strictly NOT possible for orders delivered outside of Europe. All sales to the United States and the Rest of the World are FINAL SALE.
