Fair Fashion Natural Line wigs are made of 100% Remy human hair. To keep the hair soft, healthy, and long-lasting, follow these essential care instructions:
- Washing & Conditioning: We strongly recommend using PLUS12 Shampoo and PLUS12 Conditioner formulated specifically for colored natural hair. Note: Apply conditioner only to the lengths and ends, avoiding the cap and hairline to prevent loosening the delicate hand-tied knots.
- Nourishing & Restructuring: For deep nourishment and protection, apply PLUS12 Lotion with Restructuring Liquid Keratin. It strengthens the hair fiber, restores elasticity, and protects against daily environmental stress.
- Drying & Heat Styling: Unlike synthetic wigs, human hair wigs can be dried and styled using hairdryers, straighteners, or curling irons. Always apply a heat protectant spray before using heat tools, and keep flat irons or curling tools at a maximum temperature of 180°C (350°F). Avoid direct high temperatures on the top of the cap where knots are anchored.
- Brushing & Detangling: Gently brush your wig using our specialized Professional Kotibé Wood Brush. Start from the ends and work your way up toward the roots. The flexible bristles protect the cap, prevent shedding, and keep the hair smooth and shiny.
- Chemical Treatments: Bleaching and perming are not recommended, as they can permanently damage the hair structure and knots.
