La parte superiore di Luxury Top è realizzata con un tulle a 3 strati, noto come "French Top", che nasconde i nodi, dando l'impressione che i capelli crescano direttamente dal cuoio capelluto con un effetto molto naturale.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day. All shipments are delivered via DHL Express within 1 to 3 business days.

Important Shipping Restriction:

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
  • Important: The frontal lace (lace front) must NOT be cut or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the lace has been cut or modified.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once returned items pass inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect under your statutory rights.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, you may exchange your item for another product in our collection.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service to obtain the correct return shipping address and instructions.
