Fair Fashion ships both within Italy and internationally, using trusted express couriers to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 2–5 business days
• Rest of the world: 2–7 business days

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment in real time.

Fair Fashion is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, force majeure events (e.g., strikes, extreme weather conditions, health emergencies, customs issues), or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Couriers used

• For ground shipments (within Italy and Europe), we use: DHL, GLS, FedEx, and TNT.
• For international air shipments, we rely on DHL Express, to ensure fast delivery and complete tracking.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Non-EU Countries)

For deliveries to non-EU countries, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

The amount of these charges is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary depending on the order value, product category, and local import regulations.

Our wigs, toppers, and hair prostheses are made from real human hair, which may fall under specific import regulations depending on the destination country. Some countries may require additional documentation, licenses, or impose special restrictions on such products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire with their local customs office to understand any applicable duties, taxes, or import restrictions before placing an order.
Fair Fashion is not responsible for paying or reimbursing these fees under any circumstances.

Additional Information:

• Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery or leave a notice for pickup at a nearby collection point.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the weight/volume of the package. Any free shipping promotions or offers will be clearly stated on the website.

The shipping costs for returns or exchanges are always the responsibility of the customer.
