Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To request a return, please email us at info@fairfashion.it with your order number and customer details.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The lace front must not be cut or altered
  • All original tags must be attached and intact
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect, resalable conditio
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the Fair Fashion box

⚠️ Customized, styled, cut, or altered products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Extra-EU Returns & Custom Duties Policy

A. Custom Duties, Import Taxes, and Risks (Extra-EU Returns)

For all returns originating from outside the European Union (e.g., United States, UK, Canada, Switzerland):

  • Duties and Customs Charges: All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and administrative handling charges associated with returning the item to Italy are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Delays and Clearance Risks: If a return shipment is held, rejected, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities due to missing documentation, unauthorized postal carriers, or failure to comply with import regulations, no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed strictly after the item physically arrives at our facility in Bologna, Italy, and successfully passes our quality control inspection.

B. Mandatory Authorized Return Process for Extra-EU Customers

To ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid biological or sanitary holds on human hair products (such as USMAF inspections in Italy), customers outside the EU must not ship returns independently using national postal services (e.g., USPS).

All Extra-EU returns must follow our managed courier process:

  1. Return Request: The customer must send a written return request to info@fairfashion.it within 14 days of receiving the package, including the order number and reason for return.

  2. Managed Return Label & Documentation: Upon authorization, Fair Fashion will generate an official return shipping label via our express carrier (e.g., DHL / FedEx) along with the required Return for Credit / Re-importation customs documentation.

  3. Customs Clearance Management: The express carrier will process the shipment using the original export declaration codes, certifying the item as a re-importation of Italian goods and preventing unwarranted customs or sanitary blocks.

  4. Deduction of Return Costs: The total cost of the prepaid return shipping label, along with any applicable customs clearance fees, will be automatically deducted from the customer's final refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
We’ll notify you by email once your return has been reviewed and the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color, length, or product, simply:

  1. Return the original item following the return instructions above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and availability of stock.
