Natural Cap

The Natural Cap is a fully breathable base that provides a natural feel for the wearer. The top section is made from a special lace mesh that conceals the knots, creating the appearance of hair growing directly from the scalp for an ultra-natural effect. This allows the use of high-quality European hair with intact cuticles and no chemical treatment.

By hiding the knots within the lace, the hair remains perfectly intact from root to tip, without any reverse knotting.

The back portion is entirely hand-tied using a double-layer lace mesh, which prevents hair from reversing and ensures the cap is extremely lightweight.

Polyurethane patches are placed at the front, sides, and back to allow for the optional use of double-sided tape, offering a more secure and snug fit.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day. All shipments are delivered via DHL Express within 1 to 3 business days.

Important Shipping Restriction:

We currently do not ship directly to countries where we have official exclusive distributors: United Kingdom, Spain, and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, we gladly offer an exchange or a refund alongside your statutory rights, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
  • Important: The frontal lace (lace front) must NOT be cut or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the lace has been cut or modified.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once returned items pass inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect under your statutory rights.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability, you may exchange your item for another product in our collection.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service to obtain the correct return shipping address and instructions.
